The one point I&#039;d like to comment on is what Alain refers to as &quot;Virality&quot; in the article. Not every product is inherently viral, and in cases where they aren&#039;t viral, we shouldn&#039;t try to force fit it.

I think it&#039;s much more important to focus on the three main points in the article and serve real needs of customers, rather than forcing &quot;virality&quot; into the product itself.
